IMO. This is silly. What do you think they are working on? Of course the reaudit and 10Ks.

I think the only "issues" that exist now is to leave mgmt. alone and to do its job. They will file things when done, and do PRs when necesary.

I think if anyone does not like the reverse split or any delay or think the company has accounting issues, can always sell their shares and move on.

I would sell my shares if I felt there were bad things happening and that the company did not have good fundamentals. But I am holding, cause I feel the opposite. And I feel the r/s is the fastest way to the nasdaq.

And based upon today's reversal in price to the upside there is certainly a whole heck of a lot more buying than selling. One would think that if there were "issues" the pps would continue to slide. Wouldn't one?? IMO
