I WANT to believe that I'm wrong too, but I've heard it several times and no one want to talk about it or prove or disprove it.

I hope that it's not, but don't you think that we need to know. If it is true, we need to DEMAND that they cancel this monster R/S as it's completely pointless in my opinion to risk everything when you have no upside.

Let's be totally real, after the R/S, especially with no 10K, this stock will not hold the post R/S pps for long without some clarity.

I just want to know.
