That is an important observation 3V. I personally think it answers the question of the "missing ore." The low grade stuff tossed into the low spot would not be evident to any of our superficial observations. Lucky that you were there at the right time and kept your eyes open. Thanks.

Value"", what you posted about the ore was from last November when they clearly had to stockpile everything from HT. Indications both from the company and from visitors who post here have, imo, strongly implied that the HT ore was being processed in the mill, which began processing this year. You may recall all the PR content of 1.75% copper in the ore and so many ounces of gold/silver in the early con.

What I haven't heard "officially" since the GO is exactly what ore has been going into the mill. People seem to like the "use the low grade ore first" policy, which I can't understand given the financial circumstances of the company. ("Get some con out the door and don't worry about winning the Blue Ribbon at the State Fair!!")

If they do not have at least 4000 tons of copper con, then they've truly been running some low grade ore for some reason I don't know yet. I'm willing to learn but no one has given a good reason that contains the nouns, verbs, and numerical data of copper flotation.

Thanks for your post. It should guide new visitors, like me, when we're there.
