ACtually, IMO the fundamentals are better by the time spnge hired Robison because Drake did the 2008 audit when company had only 5.6m rev. and 1.6m profits. In 2009 the est. rev. will be 50+m plus approx 11m profit. Som by the time Robison entered picture company had grown a lot. Branding across the country. Retail agreements with lots of retailers, etc., etc.
