Agreed. I can understand buying a ton and then selling at or close to your initial investment at 2-4x and riding the rest, but c'mon, 5%. This isn't a blue chip.

I like their locationg - Miami, FL where they took such a large hit in the RE crash. Hey, maybe they should open up a location in Riverside, CA and/or blitz that area. JMO though.
Getting in at low to mid 7s and some orders at 8s.
