Look at IJJP 21M OS not current on their filings have a 10 to 1 FS and go from .003 to .22 - after the FS they are three times higher than where they started and with 10 times as many shares. They increased their market cap by a factor of THIRTY. Heck maybe they should go the route of SWBC and have 18,000 shares and a $500 spread and trade 20 shares a year!

Two scenarios - clearly the FS results in value for shareholders and after all - ENCP officiers should be doing things to benefit their shareholders.
