Well, unless he's walking in the door with a decent amount of capital, he has no money to finance the operation (whatever that operation is because over the past year or so, Joe was ambiguous at best in his P/Rs). No CEO walking out the door is going to R/S because you always leave the door open to liability, and that responsibility should fall on the shoulders of the CEO taking the helm.
