At those levels we are trading at a PE OF 1 OR 2 based upon 4th and 1st qtr numbers!!!!

D&T gives SPNG credibility. The problem is that a D&T audit is one year away! We'll see if that audit ever takes place. D&T is NOT auditing their last 2 years.
