Absolutely. The ignorance of these guys, combined with their demeanor and actions surrounding this 10-K and their muteness on share structure, absolutely I believe they are this scared and stupid to drag this out as long as possible.

Just like every scam you have veer heard of, the people commiting the fraud are IN SO DEEP, they can to continue to perpetrate the fraud for AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. They dont just want to fold, they will continue to bluff "UNITL the Dealer (SEC) forces them to turn up their cards."
