I agree! I am on the sidelines watching the play develop. The sad part is this did not have to happend unless mgmt deliberately hired auditors they knew would bend the numbers. The current has multiple sanctions for not having examined issues surrounding the capital structures. It appears this is exactly what they did assuming DT would come in a move forward letting the previous audits stand on their own but the SEC stepped in...this may get real "UGLIER".
