Kels I’m glade to see you still like the IHUB experience, on another rag you said……..”:Business relationships are a two way street and as soon as it becomes one way....I guess the Lowman factor occurs”………Lets substitute Lowman’s name with Craig’s.. Kels you are one of the few shareholders that have met face to face with both Keith and Craig so your opinion should be of value to determine why Hemi has become a one way street. Something just doesn’t add up after Craig spending a lot of time and afford obtaining a NOI for the Silvey Horizontal Well which by you on admission through your positive posting could and most likely would change the direction of Hemi.

Last night I spent some time going over Hemi’s PR’S, Keith’s emails to shareholders and duediligence2 post which DD2’S connection to Keith is a discussion for another day.

One of the things I find strange about Craig’s departure is no public announcement was made by management so was it a mutual understanding by both parties or did Keith figure out Craig was no longer needed because of down sizing the company. Another facture that could have played a part in Craig’s leaving the company was disagreements in how positive the home office made the field operations sound. Question; did Keith let Craig have any input to the wording of how positive the PR’s sounded or did Keith wing it by himself? I have come with my on conclusion but I’m sure there are many different opinions about Craig’s departure.

Second thing; why was no public announcement made about Hemi no longer operating some of their leases. What type transaction took place, did Hemi sell them, farm them out and what type of consideration did Hemi and its shareholders receive? For HMGP being a public traded company, why are shareholders not kept in the loop by announcements made public by management.

IMO there are many questions that need to be answered by management but so far it seems that shareholders are being flipped off.

kels, what value would you think the activity on the Barnett Shales leases should bring to the loyal HMGP shareholders? How much should the SEK horizontal NOI be valued?
