Ok. I understand what you are getting at, but a simplistic view could be...

Example:

I have a Visa in my wallet that charges me 8% interest and a MC that charges me 9% interest. Does this mean I shouldn't have a back up Amex just because the rate is 12% or the back up Discover at 18%?

All in all this could be seen as "apples to apples" when you look at the stategic nature of the warrants, the options, the RHL Group, and now Dutchess.

(Now if revenues ramp up successfully as many of us are expecting, it won't much matter 6 - 12 months from now.)

Ultimately I believe these guys are headed in the right direction even if the market is showing differently at this moment, so I will continue to support them.
