Sponge will bounce back if (and that's a big if) the R/S actually occurs. My guess is that it will either be delayed until the 10K is resolved or not happen at all.

I think the RS will happen and I also think that sponge can bounce back. I'll be trying to gage the risk/reward options after the RS.
