bobo ... You'll find that there is a very small faction at work in Berlin that wishes to see Laidlaw fail for their own, personal, financial gain. IMO.
This same faction will not give answers to simple questions like:
What other uses would be available for the mill site if Laidlaw wasn't involved?
Why wasn't anyone else interested in the mill site when the plant first closed as it was announced well in advance that it would close?
Bear in mind that at least one of this small group of opponents is in the real estate business in Berlin.
