Well in the spirit of patience I thought maybe they would get their act together sometime this week but once again nooooo. I wish I lived within 100 miles of the place I would park my butt on their desk till they did something; calling on the phone doesn't work and email is a laugh someone needs to pay a personal visit. There must be someone out there that lives in the area.. its time to step up and take one for the team!
