I might have good/bad news, accordingly someone told me that AKYI management is planning a RS or AS increase shortly after the uplisting, because one of the noteholders wanted to convert. Sorry, I cannot disclose the source, and this is decision is not finalized yet. They might be able to negotiate with the noteholder. I still hold a significant amount of shares here, but I would really hate a RS. Hopefully, this is not their 1st news after uplisting. Also, I don't plan to sell until I see a PR or 8K on this news.
