With that filing being done in December of 2008, there hasn't been an updated filing by Softnet to explain the Sterling deal yet...It is the same Softnet Technology Corp because I seen the address and it's one and the same. Note how it reads that Softnet is the PARENT company and they only aquired a minority of it...This concludes that Softnet is still majority owner, imo!

I guess I was wrong, same Softnet pre 1993.
