PR, you know the guy is desperate. If things were going so well he wouldn't be selling broken phones on E-Bay in addition to posting links about 3rd party video cameras from Hong Kong. Everything he says is just a lie to get some people to invest more, or to blow smoke that things will be OK. Of course things will never be OK as long as he's on the streets with the capability of scamming more people.
PS he is in a dilemma IMO. He knows he's being watched and technically cannot accept any money from anyone without reporting it to the courts, according to the terms of his probation. I believe he has violated this numerous times already and this is one of the things that will get him some new digs real soon.
