Insiders are so transparent...

so much for the out of date insider transactions from the main share holder Curtis, done way after the fact so that the general public is not aware of what is really going on with the insider

MDOR did not disclose through SEC filings

debts contracted through promissary notes, nor warrants that were emitted with such notes...with a direct impact on dilution.

How about that for transparency !
