It just depends on the situation, and what else is out there. I usually choose charts with the best consolidations and best upside(based on my read of the weekly chart). Sometimes I'm able to hold for the target, but many times I sell too early. USAP I'm scared could be done, so I sold. I think CPSL could reach $4, and I'll try and hold for that. MEA should hit 7-8, IMO. Hopefully they hit that, and I hold for that. Always the toughest part of this game.
Ideally, I think you sell a portion after 15-30% pop, and let the rest ride into the hopeful target. Always easier said than done.
