Yes it is and I will be accumulating when I can. Need to get my average down a bit if I can. 90 day restriction now so I have to wait 3 days for funds to clear.. Oh well, it won't stop me from buying more when I do have the funds.. This is one for my kids... Holding LOOOOOONG
