ROCKET, this is one of the questions I emailed to the company last week. Still awaiting a reply. I followed up with another email this morning asking for replies.
Rock/Skibum ... I read one more time the top part of the Sep PR. I dont know if this carries any weight in me saying it but all of the lenders have been in agreemnt w/ the arrangements as displayed in the PR. They extended shares in lieu of payment of interest followed by the rest of the arrangemts. That whole first part doesnt seem to show any discrepancy. And since the company's finan policies are theirs and not investors I think that we ought keep hopes up for positive news. IMO TS
Great question... over $1 mil in interest was written off from the 2007 financials... Think the interest rates are quite high, but could be quite a bit of debt... 3-5 mil is my guess
