Aloha Mr GreenPenny - I've been following this stock for a while, doing my DD. I don't own any shares as of yet. Last weeks volume smacks of a stock promotion. Does anyone know what stock group was responsible for it? I don't see any other logical reason why the sudden increase in volume occurred. I have rarely seen stocks over the last couple of years that had a run that fit the description of "buy on rumor, sell on news" as this did. Most companies are really tight lipped due to SEC crackdown on the rumor mill especially with big board stocks.
The fact that DNNC has a low float is a big plus, however my primary concern is just what sort of revenue can be expected for this company lets say in 2010. This is no Dominos, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns yet and franchise fees are not all that much until you have a large quantity of them. Also there is a lot of competition in this food line so what's the "hook" that would make a franchise with Donini look more attractive than a franchise with an established Pizza line.
I would appreciate anyone's comments on the above.
