SLOW DOWN BUD, you need to read that 10k again, the numbers/audit of 2008s 10k wasnt accepted by the SEC. must be done over along with the 10k for 2009, it's right there in the pr BUD..

The 10k for 2009 is already done.

They need to redo 1 10k, the 2008 10k.

Then, using a commonly available software application, copy/paste the relevant 2008 10k numbers into the current 10k.

Is that what you call a re-audit of the 2009 10k?? I think not.
