When you miss the deadline set by the NT10K, that is what happens, you get an E. It happens quickly. You don't need any inside info to know that a symbol is going to get an E. Just like when a company files bankrupt, they get a Q.

yeah do that and they will laugh. every one knows it get an "E" as soon as it is delinquent in filing the very next day after. its a real mystery.

Uhmmm, everyone knew the "E" was coming because this scam company cannot file the 10-K without revealing the scam they have pulled. It really is that easy. All one has to do is look at the NOBO list and other docs that have been brought out to the public to know it..... clear as day....

Mingy: Yes, contact the SEC.

Tell them that someone knew a ticker was going to get an "E" appended because the company didn't meet the Filing deadline. They love getting e-mails like that.
