Share structure being reduced is always a good thing. When a company sees the value, full well knowing what the future beholds, it does send a positive signal out to investors. I don't think they would be doing this just to throw money away. They are putting there money where there mouth is, so to speak. I think 02-03 range is a wise choice for accumulating QASP.
