My access to Favorites is suddenly not working. Says it's a premium feature though it worked up til now and it is listed as a free feature.

Bob, something is up with favorites. I'm seeing quite a few emails and people saying they've been blocked out from using Favorites as a FREE feature. Did you change something?

The only way I could make it happen was with an old version of Netscape,

Second time today that not having the latest version of Netscape has caused me problems.

Guess it's time to "upgrade" :(

I read earlier that you said we have a lot of features that free folks can't see, therefore can't want, or others don't know they exist.

I don't know what the stats are on people trying to access a premium feature, but get redirected to the 'give us your moola page'...So an idea.

I've always wanted to make a 'tour de ihub' but never got around to it.

Maybe for whatever feature it is that they tried to access, and get the upgrade page, we give them a little ditty, maybe an image too, detailing all about that feature they just tried to use. For example, some people might not know what in the world a private message is. Or Next 10 (I see this often). Those are seriously cool features that need to be explained.

And maybe even make a little "slideshow" of all features for people to see.

Grease up our marketing wheels. That actually sounds like a good project for me to play with. Whatcha think?
