hi cash, well for one thing if it is true it will remove the caveat emptor off the ticker for behl on the pink sheets. this is very good , for you the investor, and the company in general. lots of people have already seen it but often times the reason can be quite superficial as to the reason for having an emptor.
now the stock and the company are more presentable to other investors, other boards, and other companies wishing to do business with behl.

hope this helps a little bit, it is 3 am and i'll leave the lights on....lol
