today is the drop dead date. tomorrow SPNG will appear on the daily list as symbol change spng - spngE. then there are 30 days, if there is no 10K then this will go pinkie. I dont think it will make it that far before being halted. everything I am hearing tells me there is very serious accounting problems here. the as is 2.75 billion not 900M.
