its simple..when you have something good...in a good STABLE economy..then you can HOLD out and dictate when you sell, but in this FAILING economy they would silly not to make their money, which if bought by one of the GIANTS...they will be dearly compensated!!!!

and they wont have to struggle with the economy, especially if it gets worse, or it collapses as many predict!
Its easier to pass the torch, and take credit for any future sucess, and if it fails, blame it on the new owners..

Thats like this stock runs to $30 tomorrow, would you sell, in this cuurent economic climate or would you HOLD for $50, and then watch as it crumbles back down to .006??
