a T trade is a LATE trade reported after the fact -
so somehow 17.5M of the 63M shares or 28% of the shares traded then showed later as T trades -
How many late trades are reasonable?
The worthless POS SEC should stipulate a maximum percentage of trades allowed for a T trade and then cause market makers to buy stock to cover at 500% of the closing price!
Then we would not see 17.5M T trades on a 63M day!
