The uplisting turned into a DOWNLISTING on Pinksheets.

LBWR went from Current Information to Limited Information.

And the 10Q for Q2 is now very late.

And the 10Q for Q1 has a number of SarBox discrepancies that could result in charges for Dexter and LBWR.
