As in the past, someone keeps picking away taking all that comes out at this level. As said in the past, there are some well heeled people that own whacks of this. So either they are huge gamblers or feel comfortable enough with the story to keep holding and buying.
IF there is the thought here that news will come out the day after Ramadan ends, IMHO put that one away. As we all know and love, nothing happens very quick in Libya.
As for Ghanen? resigning, that "rumour" has been around for a looooonnng time.
Also noticed an article in the NY times BP was starting to spend huge money drilling concessions in 2010. the number had lots of zeros so along with the $25B the British government committed to Libyan gas, I would say the English are "committed."
