Yes, along with the poison pill.

My expectation is that the R/S goes off at 1:10 and the $11/share in the poison pill puts a floor in for current shareholders to break even.

Unless you're cost basis is under $1.10 today the chance of you profiting on what ultimately happens with Peregrine is pretty slim.
