I was wondering in terms of how large a position the employees own.....I used to work for an insurance company and we were given commission free stock purchases through payroll. Those purchases really paid off for me. I was just thinking if there is SELL, BUY or HOLD thinking within the employees (not mgmt) if they hold positions.
