Sure, I get that but the market moves on information. Information is the key to stock movements. Just because the company has not put forth a 10K on our timeline does not mean they are undermining our investment ... which in turn is their investment. I suspect management wants their investment to grow as well. We all like to assume here that because they have not given us information on our terms that somehow they are gonna leave us holding the bag. The company is solid on fundamentals and is a good speculative play. Why do we have to establish deadlines for them when we know so little about the actual goings on within. I share concerns about the 10K but I am not concerned with the timing. If it doesn't come then we have an issue. We also need to accept the fact that very good news could come out of their disclosures and it could benefit us greatly. Who cares if it today or tomorrow. Just my 2.4 cents.
