If, and I say IF...there is a controlling issue with Shorts on this stock, we all know that they would be well funded and capable of pushing a listing change like this with putting some believable, but bogus info into the ears of the Pink Sheets. If short holders got caught with their pants down not expecting this PR from yesterday (Which to me is a little early based upon timeframes) to come out yet about the H1N1 virus med being approved in China, they may have been put in a panic and got the "Temporary" listing change to the skull and crossbones. If this is the case, what we dont know is their threshhold for pain, and how long they are willing to wait to try and get a lower price point to close out their short positions.
This is not a shell company so those who have been reading those remarks can throw that issue right out the door. What I am waiting to see if the Mir-Mar posts have been deliberatly misleading, or totally fraudulent.
If you dont have the below website bookmarked, you should do it. IF and when this site gets updated with the HTDS info, we rise, and rise hard, no matter what else is going on.
