I at least have learned that TS doesn't give a $#!% about common shareholders. If the guy did care, he would be taking a loss just as we have.

Has anyone seen him cut his 80% ownership? Has anyone seen him say "Oh, this company is negative $18 mil in equity, how is my 80% worth $1.5 million next year"? Has anyone seen him buy or hold any common shares, even the ones he gives himself as a "bonus"? Has anyone seen him say "I expect dilution to subside shortly" and see it actually subside instead of getting faster?
