you can have one or the other... not one and the other...

further 0310 isn't even a date... nor is 1231 which was the code in 2006 when they filed their 10k...

all it is, is a code...

Thanks ID seems to be missing from 8k filing I see on Yahoo. This means we get next 10K for fiscal 2010 sooner next year.

ID with move up to Nasdaq planned seems they want new fiscal year end. Why don;t know but companies do change fiscal years. That be a reason why.
