I did get another email from Kreative - confirming that they DO NOT have a website to load. They have an account to host for them, but no knowledge of a website to be loaded or designed. That is completely up to the client (softnet).
It does seem ironic that all of my emails to them were answered today. Some were sent over a week ago. I got responses from 4 different people at Kreative today.
Not sure if that is a positive or a negative. I think this last email was the most "informative" - they stated:
"we have no information or knowledge of any website, or any information about the organization. They are simply a hosting client"
