According to that D&T WAS HIRED by SPNG EFFECTIVE AUG 24, 2009!!!

So all filings after SEPT 1, 2009 are the resposibility of D&T

with there blessing!! Including their amendment dated SEPT 11, 2009!!!

I agree. Subsequent the filing of the 10-K, D&T becomes the new accounting firm that SPNG will be using.

However, that does not preclude D&T providing advice to SPNG prior to the filing of the 10-K.
