It might only matter if one of us was there and we found
out the results. Other than that non of us will know the
bottom line until DR issues a PR or we see large volume
and price quickly moveing up ahead of a PR.

Cannot find any ref as of yet. Since the parties were directed to get back this week, we may not hear anything till either the case is settled, or trial date is sent to docket. The Illinois District states a 95% settlement rate over 5% trial outcomes.

I say trial date, because it's the Judges job to facilitate an outcome, without delay, and stating a trial date soonest to the parties, kinda helps move the settlement process along, lol.

Sometimes the Judge arbitrates the settlement process if the parties cannot...... keep away from each others throats.
