Believe what you want, I have been in the markets both professionally handling investments back in the 80's and for many many years retired since. I know how the big caps and pennies work if you know their floats, volumes PPS etc.

in the end it does not matter so why the label?

It's a ploy to get others to hold so they can't be labeled weak.

The stock is very weak today. And it has been almost every single day other than the brief propping up on news that never seems to curtail the selling, it only overpowers it for a brief period of time until the excitement of the news wears off.
