Hi Zen,

BIPH seems to be putting out very good news lately. Especially so the last two pr's about their new patents and the positive attitude of the FDA to mri safety. However, BIPH seems closely tied to Boston Scientific and any problems they have I think will impact BIPH. Patent fights can get very ugly and protracted.
I hope you are correct and that I was being overly concerned.
