George C. Burrell – President
Mr. Burrell is founder and a director of the Company. From the bayous of South Louisiana to the oil fields of East Texas, Mr. Burrell has over 25 years of successful executive management in all phases of oil and gas production, operations and finance; corporate finance, operations and management; and tax advantaged securities regulations.

During his career Mr. Burrell established an oil and gas producer/operator in East Texas; served as its president; managed an “in house” staff of engineering and operating personnel; and effected a reverse merger into an existing public company. He also organized an NASD registered securities company and served as its Principal to sell oil and gas limited partnerships. More recently Mr. Burrell has identified, purchased and operated oil and gas properties throughout much of Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma.

Mr. Burrell holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering Geophysics from Lehigh University and a graduate degree in Engineering Administration from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed professional engineer (retired), and has a current certification in Mediation.

Janet Cunningham – Vice President and Director of Marketing
Ms. Cunningham is a director of the Company. Born and raised in Louisville KY, she brings with her 10 years of hands on management in all facets of the oil and gas industry. Starting from the bottom, Ms. Cunningham has excelled as Director of Sales and Marketing; then moving up to Director of Investor Relations; and ultimately becoming Director of Operations for a large oil and gas drilling company. Part of her responsibilities included Compliance, extensive knowledge of Blue Laws and filings, Human Resources, PR, and most importantly, Customer Relations and partner distributions. Most recently she has operated her own marketing company. Ms. Cunningham will oversee the entire marketing program of the Company both for its own properties and the properties of others
