Soapy... Not that I doubt you but I called two numbers provided on the FINRA website and both recordings said "Our offices are now closed." "Please call back during our normal business hours, 8am to 8pm EST, Monday thru Friday."

Can you provide the number & office contacted?

However, even if you can't the FINRA office will be inundated with calls at 8am tomorrow for verification.
