Good Morning all, It has been said here that Spongetech was upset that that Del. SOS gave out the A\S before they PRed the reduction to 900mm. Now with that being said I don't know who check FINRA on Friday but it was posted that they did not file the R\S as of then and 10 days before is not set in stone and could be as little as 3 or 4 days. My question is will we know the content of that filing if they do in fact ever do it or will we just know that they did?

Also since the 8K about the reduced A\s being 300mm after the split, if the split does not take place does the reduction still take place? TIA
Debbie

Great find Lexion, we can only assume now that the requisite notice is a matter of public record and if that is the case then we can monitor the reality of the RS. I plan to contact them in the morning to find out:

1) if the notice has been filed

2) if the factor is still 100:1 if it has been filed

3) if there is wiggle room to its timeing or if 10 Days is a must
4) if it is 10 calendar days or business days.

If you have any additional q's you would like answered let me know

Thanks again for the post
