Read the transcript here. Very good. But the one thing that strikes me the most, is there seems to be no method to account for the actual shares. There is no counting of the outstanding and no squeeze of the shorts. Many here in SPNG are counting on it. If the abuse continues, so will the precipitous decline in SPNG even after the uplist to NAZ. If there 2 Billion counterfeit shares, there will continue to be 2 Billion counterfeit shares. I am anxious to see how all this will play out.
