Thanks for a post of substance BBalls. Thinking outside the box is always welcome here. It all makes sense on so many levels, that I also believe that CEMJQ has an excellent shot of a favorable ruling vs. BP. The challenge here is that anybody, or let's say almost anybody has their price. That being said, if I were a betting man, I lean heavily in the judge ruling in our favor. All the little wins add up for us long term.
