As I said, all I can do is paste what I sent via email, and the reply that I received. I have no reason to lie about this folks, I own a big pile of the stock, and I’m not a shorter. I want the PR to be real and believable, just like everybody else does that has money invested in this!

First, the email I sent:

A eWorld company press release was issued on 9/09/09, over the market wires, that included the following information, that I am trying to confirm:

(PINKSHEETS: EWRC) has received an offer for purchase of all of the company's outstanding shares for 1.9 cents a share. eWorld CEO Henning Morales has forwarded the offer to the company's attorneys for review and due diligence, and the shareholders will be kept informed as further information becomes available.

Assuming that you are attorney’s referenced in the above wire service release by the company, I would appreciate confirmation that this declaration by the company is in fact true, if you are so authorized to do so. Any light you can shed on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
